I’d love to know a source we can verify for this? Haven’t seen any verifiable announcement of this about Framework severing ties to DHH, or exactly what that entails.
According to Nathan, they told him behind closed doors that they withdrew support to Omarchy.
Yes, they removed it from being viewed from the public due to the PR backlash it was generating. You can still read it on an archive site.
Looks like they switched the entire proposal thread to private, it can no longer be viewed.
Not that I’m aware of.

The turn KDE has taken is absolutely astonishing. I regret the donations I’ve made to them :(

A majority of KDE developers are determined to create an LLM policy that allows AI code submissions without any form of disclosure to “avoid shaming”, and appear to be completely dismissing any ethical, environmental, or copyright concerns brought up.
Update on the KDE situation: Nate has since closed the comments on his blog entry about the AI policy (citing fighting in the comments, which was like… 1 mild disagreement?), and the one discussion thread on KDE Discuss about the AI Policy was closed suddenly without explanation after a KDE developer began to discuss the ethics of AI use. Nate then responded after the thread was closed with this:
